Questions fréquentes

Réponses courtes.

What can be automated on the Quebec land registry?
Index pulls, deed PDFs, cadastral plans, grouped lots, and a scheduled index watch, all on your organisation’s Registre foncier accounts. The register bills those accounts directly.
Does automation file a requisition?
The signature and the filing stay with the notary or the lawyer.
Can a notary automate the legal opinion?
No. Collection can be automated. Concordance, identity, and the conclusion stay with the notary.
